Delivery Within Vietnam

Store Pickup

Most orders are ready for pickup within minutes after the order has been confirmed.

Hanoi Delivery

For eligible delivery addresses in Hanoi, orders are typically delivered within 2 hours after confirmation.

Other Provinces & Cities

Orders shipped to locations outside Hanoi are typically delivered within 1–4 business days.

International Delivery

International orders require approximately 1 business day for processing before shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

JOYNEST is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
