  • Permanently remove content that is determined to infringe intellectual property rights

  • Take other actions deemed appropriate under applicable laws

False or Misleading Claims

JOYNEST reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, unsupported, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted by individuals who cannot demonstrate ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights holder.
