Cancellation & Modification Policy
Because all JOYNEST products are custom-made and personalized for each customer, order cancellations and modifications are only possible before production begins.
In-Store Purchases
Customers may request to cancel or modify an order only if production has not yet started.
Once the design has been printed or the production process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded. Personalized products are created specifically for the original purchaser and cannot be resold to another customer.
Online Purchases
If you need to cancel or modify an online order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Details of the requested change
Orders are generally eligible for cancellation or modification within approximately 2 hours of placement. However, requests can only be accommodated if production or fulfillment has not yet started.
Once an order enters production, printing, packaging, or shipment preparation, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Important Notice
Requests for design changes may require additional processing time and could affect the estimated delivery date of your order.
Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. All requests are subject to production status at the time they are received.
